In the year of our 40th anniversary, we will be present at the 30th edition of the International Organic and Natural Exhibition (SANA), the leading trade fair in Italy in the sector of organic and natural products, to be held in Bologna from 7 to 10 September 2018 .
Probios will be present at the main event in Italy dedicated to organic and Italian production with a stand of 102 square meters (Pavilion 21 – Stand B31 / C32), divided into two main areas: a part dedicated to the world of B2B and a space that will host a rich calendar of activities and events, most of which carried out in collaboration with the prestigious natural cooking school La Sana Gola of Milan.
On the first day of the event, Friday 7 September from 11 am, Probios will hold a press conference chaired by the President of Probios, Fernando Favilli, who will introduce the latest products of the Group and the recent achievements of the Company, this year at its 40th anniversary.

For Probios, 2018 is a year of fundamental importance as it celebrates its first 40 years of organic quality, to which are added the numerous initiatives for the year of Italian Food in the world “- explained Fernando Favilli. “Probios has always been constantly looking for new solutions and products that, in line with our company philosophy, provide the various sales channels and the various markets with the most suitable offer to meet the needs of final consumers”
Starting from Friday afternoon, and for the whole weekend, numerous appointments will be held at the Probios stand, including the conference on Saturday 8 September at 11 am when the cardiologist Dr. Armando Sarti will give his important contribution in relation to the complex relationship between food and cardiovascular diseases. Also, on Sunday 9 September at 3 pm, Martin Halsey, nutritionist biologist and founder of La Sana Gola, will give a talk on the effects of nutrition on body and mind.
As a backdrop to these events, SANA visitors will be able to attend two different cooking shows held by the chefs of La Sana Gola in Milan and thus be guided to the discovery of the organic , “free from” and vegan world.

The chef Elena Losi will inspire the audience to discover the consequences caused by the consumption of refined sugar on our health and the reasons to eliminate it from our diet, how to replace it and how to prepare the delicious desserts that will not make us regret it.

Showcooking: The of smile of health! The 1001 benefits of BROWN RICE in modern nutrition
The chef Marco Bo will guide guests to the discovery of all the virtues of brown rice compared to white rice, an ancient cereal of which Italy is a great producer and therefore perfectly suited to the Mediterranean diet.
All activities will take place within the dedicated space, Pavilion 21 – Stand B31 C32, where Probios guests and enthusiasts will receive a small recipe book edited by the Cooking School, and will be involved in the topics covered and will be able to interact with the experts.
