Probios at Tutto Food 2015:



DURING THE EVENT, WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE IN MILAN MAY 3 TO 6,

PRESENTS THE NEW LINE GOVEGAN, PANITO, RICE & RICE AND ALTRI CEREALI,
FURTHER PROMOTING THE ITALIAN INNOVATION IN THE BRANCH.

Probios announces it’s participation at the “Tutto Food 2015”, the most important professional Italian agribusiness fair. The “Tutto Food 2015” takes place at the Milan Fair, May 3 to 6, bringing together about 2,700 exhibitors, including 400 international, with a total area of 20,000 square meters covered with 10 pavilions and a 40% growth over the previous edition .

The stand shared with Gabro Italy (Pav.3 - Stand P8/P10), the Tuscan group will propose to the public a tasting of its range of products produced for the vegan world and for all those who suffer from food allergies, with special attention to the gluten-free products of the brands GOvegan, Panito, Altri Cereali and Rice&Rice: a careful selection of dishes made to enhance the tastes of those who choose a healthy way to eat and with respect to all forms of life.

100% organic, the protagonists of the participation of Probios the Milan fair this year will be so many:

For the line GOvegan, dedicated especially to the vegan people and certified by the Vegan Society (which was the first in 1944 coined the term "vegan"), will be presented: the new vegan chocolate chip and rice shoots cookies and vegan hazelnut biscuits with oat and barley flour (with sunflower oil, rice cream and Italian wheat, no milk, no eggs), ideal for giving a tasty start to the day.

Altri Cereali, a line dedicated to gluten-free products, will present the new Quinoa Specialties, a pasta containing 5% of quinoa in addition to corn and rice and comes in spaghetti, penne and fusilli. You can also taste all the products of this range wich are a source of fiber strictly based on Buckwheat, Amaranth, Millet and Quinoa: four herbaceous plants with extraordinary nutritional characteristics (and often improperly classified as cereals).

At the booth, there will also be available foods of the traditional line Rice&Rice, entirely produced with Italian rice and gluten-free. Among these it should be highlighted the new convenience size of Mayorice (100% vegetable, made of Italian rice drink Rice&Rice and sunflower oil, gluten-free, without lactose, egg, wheat and soy) suitable for all those who have special dietary needs and vegan certified by the Vegan Society.
Available in the range also the flavors: Mayorice with Herbs, Cocktail Sauce, Curry Sauce Tartare, in classic format.

Finally, at the Probios stand you will also find the new organic gluten-free Piadina of the Panito line, made with extra virgin olive oil and dairy free: a unique product of its kind, the first piadina "organic and gluten-free".

During the event, Probios also participates at the "Tutto Food Innovation", the award dedicated to those products that offer a true innovation in the sector and for which, among others, has been selected: the vegan whole wheat croissants with apricot of the GOvegan line. Please vote us!
