Probios is protagonist at the Gluten Free Expo 2014



AT THIS EXHIBITION, WHICH TAKES PLACE FROM THE 14TH TO THE 17TH OF NOVEMBER IN RIMINI, PROBIOS WILL PRESENT THE LATEST NEWS ON THE LINE ALTRICEREALI

Probios, the Italian leader in the distribution of organic vegetarian products and products for food intolerance, would like to announce that it will be taking part in Gluten Free Expo 2014, the International Gluten Free Food Exhibition held in Rimini from the 14th to the 17th of November.

The stand (stand 3AD – Pav. D7) of the Tuscany-based Group will present the range of gluten-free foods that can be reimbursed by the Italian National Health System, with a focus on the brand AltriCereali. A careful selection of Pasta, Buckwheat Biscuits with carrots and almonds, Amaranth cake with chocolate chips and Buckwheat Tarts with apricot, along with the true stars of this exhibition: Crunchy Cereals.

100% organic, these recently created flakes are a source of fibres from Buckwheat, Amaranth and Quinoa; three herbaceous plants with excellent nutritional value, and not cereals as they are often improperly classified.

On Saturday the 15th, from 11:15 am until 12:30 pm at the Master Lab--one of the event spaces of the Rimini Exhibition Centre--Probios will also offer a signature culinary moment: in collaboration with the chef of the Canto del Maggio restaurant in Terranuova Bracciolini (AR), three, strictly gluten-free, one-of-a-kind dishes will be prepared that you can taste right away.
