Probios,come rappresentante del Biologico Italiano all'estero, è stata invitata per il secondo anno consecutivo dalla Commissione Europea a partecipare alla manifestazione fieristica più importante dell’area asiatica per il settore agroalimentare:
Foodex a Tokyo dal 4 al 7 di marzo 2014
Giunta alla 39° edizione, è una manifestazione di grande richiamo commerciale per tutta l’area orientale e il canale più appropriato per introdursi sul mercato nipponico, dove il valore delle importazioni di prodotti agroalimentari dall’Italia è in costante crescita.
Probios sarà presente presso nell'area dell’Unione Europea e parteciperà anche alle animazioni organizzate dalla Commissione:
- Mini conferenza: introduzione al Biologico, la certificazione italiana e presentazione di un prodotto tipico Italiano, il pesto. Assaggio di pasta con pesto alla genovese per tutti i partecipanti alla mini conferenza.
- Gioco del timbro: i professionisti del settore devono visitare tutti gli stand EU raccogliendo dei timbri. Una volta completata la scheda possono ritirare il premo alla reception dello stand EU. Probios ha messo in palio le composte di Mirtillo.
- Ruota della Fortuna: Ai visitatori dello stand EU che rispondono correttamente ad alcune domande, viene data la possibilità di girare la ruota e vincere un premio. Probios mette in palio sughi e pesti.
- Showcooking a cura di uno Chef che preparerà alcuni piatti in diretta con il pesto de Il Nutrimento: un cremoso risotto con formaggio blu e una marinata per risotti.

Probios, as the representative of the Italian Organic abroad, has been invited for the second consecutive year by the European Commission to take part in the most important fair in the Asian region for the food industry:
Foodex, Tokyo, 4-7 March 2014
Now in its 39th edition, it is an event of great attraction for trade throughout the eastern and the most appropriate channel to penetrate the Japanese market, where the value of imported Italian food products is steadily growing.
Probios will be present at the area of the European Union and it will also participate at events organized by the Commission:
- Mini lecture: Introduction to Organic, Italian certification and presentation of a typical Italian product, pesto. Taste of pasta with pesto sauce for all participants in the mini-conference.
- Game of the stamp: professionals must visit all the EU stands collecting stamps. After completing the board they can pick up the prize at the front desk of the EU booth. Probios raffled the spread of Blueberry.
- Wheel of Fortune: Visitors, that correctly answer a few questions, are given the opportunity to spin the wheel and win a prize. Probios raffled sauces and pesto.
- Showcooking by a chef who will prepare live some dishes with pesto of Il Nutrimento Probios: a creamy risotto with blue cheese and a marinade for risotto.
