Chocolate Clafoutis with Apricots

INGREDIENTS
  • - 10 apricots
  • - 100 g of brown sugar
  • - 90 g of rice flour
  • - 30 g of cocoa powder
  • - 4 eggs
  • - 50 ml of soy, milk
  • - 1 pinch of baking powder
  • - Powdered sugar
  • - Margarine
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Whisk vigorously with a whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Aside mix the rice flour to the yeast and the cocoa, then add a tablespoon at a time to the egg mixture. Then pour the milk little by little obtaining a smooth dough and without lumps.
  3. Grease a ceramic baking dish with margarine (20 x 25 cm) and pour in the mixture, then arrange the apricots in half with the cut side up.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the clafoutis is puffed. Serve warm, dusting it with powdered sugar.
