Crispy Baked Muesli - Chinese Dietetics

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine together in a bowl all the dry ingredients.
  2. Meanwhile heat the malt with the oil, a pinch of salt and citrus zest in a small saucepan.
  3. Pour the still warm malt (but not hot) on the mixture of seeds and grains and mix well.
  4. Lay it all on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes, making sure that it doesn’t get too dark.
  5. Remove from oven, stir and possibly bake a few more minutes.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Crumble the grain and store it in a jar.
