INGREDIENTS

  • - Orange
  • - apple
  • - banana
  • - pineapple
  • - almond
  • - hazelnuts
  • - nuts
  • - pistachios
  • - pine nuts
  • - 200 g of sugar
  • - Lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut into chunks or slices mandarins, oranges, apples, bananas, pineapple. Chop a spoon for each type of almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts. Toast them and let them cool. Simmer 200g of sugar with half a glass of water and a little lemon juice, until you've got a golden caramel. Pierce on long wooden skewers one or more pieces of fruit. Dip the fruit in warm caramel and roll in the grain. Let cool down and serve. Match according to the personal taste.
