Soft Cake Altri Cereali


INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix 130 g of softened butter and 130 g sugar, add 4 egg yolks and beat together to make a cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add them gently to the cream.
  2. Add 250 g of flour mix.
  3. Mix together, pour into a cake tin of max. diameter 22 cm and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Check the cake is ready by putting a skewer into the middle of the cake.
