Sweet Gazpacho - Healthy Recipe 2013

INGREDIENTS
  • - 4 peaches mature
  • - 30g brown sugar Probios
  • - 10 leaves mental juice 1 limone
  • - Red fruits or dried goji berries to taste
  • - Chocolate Truffles Ajello Probios q.s.
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the peeled and diced peaches in a saucepan with the lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Once cool, blend them in a blender, adding the mint leaves.
  3. Serve the gaspachi of peaches in a bowl garnished with a couple of dark truffles Probios and a few dehydrated grains of red fruits or a few berries gojii, made previously revived with water.
