  1. Rinse the sweet potatoes with the peel on, place them In a pan, cover them with water and boil them for 20 minutes or until they look soft.
  2. Thinly process the hazelnuts. Melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler.
  3. Peel the cooked sweet potatoes, mash them and place them in a bowl, then combine them with the dark chocolate, the minced hazelnuts and the cocoa powder, add some maple syrup if it is not as sweet. Stir to combine
