  1. Squeeze a lemon and grated zest (if you want a more aromatic, grated zest also another lemon)
  2. Mix in a bowl the wholemeal flour, the white flour, the starch and brown sugar, only after this add the yeast, soy yogurt, honey, oil, juice and the grated rind of a lemon. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous
  3. Put the mixture into the loaf pan covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for about thirty minutes.
