Panito reflects the characteristics required of us with celiac disease because of its crunchiness and softness that is maintained over time. For this Panito is ideal for making sandwiches and sandwiches to eat in the office, at school or at play. Panito is ready to be eaten but if warmed it’s a goodness!
The company kindly sent me a sample to test .... THE WHITE LOAF!
A soft and delicate loaf to be sliced and stuffed with taste, for a quick snack, a piece of toast or a dinner out of the house!

In addition to the loaf I had the pleasure to also try the rustic baguette baguette ... even though there are other varieties: white baguettes, rustic or with sesame seeds and flax ...

Panito is good is so 'heated that, in fact, just a few minutes in the oven or toaster and remains soft and fragrant ... so great for a dinner out or for a packed lunch !! IO I could not resist this sweet tooth and I present my recipe ...

Canapes with salmon

Here is a traditional appetizer of fish, in its simplicity, I consider it one of the best (thanks to the butter !!).
Simply slice the white loaf forming two triangles. Put in the oven (grill); spread the butter (left at room temperature) and arrange on top of the slices the smoked salmon.
Simple but good ... I can guarentee !!!
