  1. Put the corn flour, chickpea flour, egg, egg whites, brown sugar, oil and chocolate in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients carefully for a few minutes.

  2. Reduce the dough into quenelle with the help of 2 tablespoons, wet and overlapping. About a dozen should come out.

  3. Arrange the sweets obtained in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes.
