Pizza with Figs and Cheese, Thyme and Honey

INGREDIENTS
  • - 500 g of dough for pizza
  • - 180 g of goat cheese
  • - 130 g of mozzarella
  • - 4 figs
  • - 2 teaspoons of honey
  • - thyme
  • - Oil
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • - Flaked almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C
  2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and arrange them in a colander so they lose most of the serum. Cut the goat cheese into small pieces or slices. Rinse the figs, dry them gently and without peel cut each into 4 wedges equal
  3. Roll out the dough into an oiled baking pan and lower edges pitted surface uniformly. Then sprinkle the mozzarella and goat cheese. Season with a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Decorated with thyme and possibly with the flaked almonds
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and crispy and the cheese has begun to form a nice crust (if needed, finish cooking with a few minutes of grill)
  5. Remove from the oven and complete the pizza with slices of fig and honey poured flush. Cut the pizza into slices and serve immediately
