Bread Altri Cereali (manual method)


INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dissolve 12.5 g of fresh yeast in 180 ml of water. Add the flour mix and 15 g of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. After mixing, leave to rise for about 30 minutes, covering with transparent film.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 60 minutes.
  4. After baking, wait a few minutes before cutting the bread into slices.
