  1. Boil the seaweed for 10 minutes after it has at least soaked for 5 hours, drain and place in a blender together with the parsley, garlic and pepper. When we obtain a uniform cream add the lemon, the shoyu and olive oil until covered. Let it sit for a few hours before serving with roasted croutons and vegetables crudités.
