Gluten Free Ravioli with Tofu Sauce

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Finely chop the celery, carrot and onion and sauté.
  2. After 10 minutes, add the grated ginger and chilli.
  3. Reduce the tofu with a fork and add to the sautéed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Then pour the tomato and cook for about 15 minutes or until you see the sauce thickens.
  5. If you want you can add at the end of cooking a vegetable cream.
