Pasta with Broccoli - Eat Healthy, Spend a Little!


INGREDIENTS
  • -400 g of pasta or pizzocheri (for coeliacs)
  • -1 large broccoli
  • -1 clove of garlic
  • -4 tablespoons chopped walnuts or 80 g of grated parmesan or gruyere
  • -2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • -chili powder
  • -salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mince the garlic and heat for 1 minute with a little oil and water in a pan.
  2. Wash the broccoli, divide them into small florets and add to the base with a little salt, oil, 1/2 glass of water.
  3. Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare the pasta in plenty of water.
  5. When it is cooked, drain and mix with the broccoli.
  6. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts or, if you prefer, seasoned with a little parmesan or Gruyere cheese and a pinch of chili powder.
