Rice Salad with Arugula and Radishes

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Toast the rice in a pot and add water equal to twice the volume of the cereal. Add salt and boil the rice for about 15 minutes. Once ready, let it cool rapidly with cold water, drain and place it in a bowl.
  2. Slice the rocket, radishes divide into cloves and add to the rice cold. Mix with sesame and dress with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir well and serve immediately.
