INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the couscous in a quantity of boiling water equal to twice its volume and make it swell, to open pot. Add the honey, lemon zest, milk and three of the eggs previously beaten. Mix well
  2. Lightly grease with butter and flour a cake pan with a diameter of 20 cm. Roll out the dough and cover the pan, forming a rim a little high. Prick the bottom with the tines of a fork
  3. Fill the pastry with the compound of couscous
  4. Wash, dry figs, cut them into 4 wedges and sunk into the cake, alternate the colors, so that they remain visible
