Cups of Melon, Strawberries and Mint

INGREDIENTS
  • - 1 melon
  • - 100 g strawberries
  • - 0.50 lemon
  • - 30 g of grated fresh ginger
  • - 25 g white chocolate
  • - 4 tablespoons of maraschino
  • - 2 tablespoons wafer covered with chocolate
  • - 20 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with a tablespoon of sugar and peeled and thinly sliced ginger.
  2. Halve the melon, remove the seeds with a melon baller and obtained a series of round balls from the pulp.
    Arrange them in a bowl, sprinkle with ginger dressing, cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator.
  3. Completely discard the rind of the melon and cut the left pulp into small pieces, mix it finely along with the rest of the sugar and the maraschino. Put the cream into a metal bowl, add the mint leaves and stored in the freezer for about 30 minutes, without letting it freeze.
  4. Remove the ginger marinated melon balls and arrange them in 4 cups of glass. Cover them with cold sauce (or serve separately), posed in the middle of the strawberries and sprinkle with the chocolate chips, decorated with more mint leaves and serve immediately.
