Lady Fingres


INGREDIENTS
  • - 1 T chopped walnuts
  • - T ½ of pitted dates
  • - 4.3 T of pumpkin seeds, germinated
  • - 1 T raisins
  • - grated coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Rinse the raisins and soak them for 10 minutes in warm water.
  2. Chop finely in a food processor the dates, sprouts pumpkin seeds and the drained raisins.
    Help yourself with a little water (maybe that of the soaking raisins) to get a smooth puree.
  3. Add the nuts, and if that was not enough, even a little coconut.
  4. Taken small amounts of this compound, give a shape as a sausage (the fingers of one plump lady ...) and roll it in the coconut.
  5. Arrange the sweets on a serving dish and eat within 3 days, keeping them in the fridge.
