Peach Cake

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Blend the content of the can (both fruit and syrup) in a food processer to obtain a smooth and liquid cream.
  2. In a bowl, add the agar-agar and the peach cream and bring to a boil stirring with a whisk.
  3. Once it starts boiling, remove from the stove and pour the cream in an at least 6cm high casserole
  4. Store it for 2 hours in the fridge, then serve
