Apple Sweets of Dark Chocolate with Amaranth

INGREDIENTS
  • - 3 apples
  • - 80 g of dark chocolate
  • - 40 g of puffed amaranth
  • - 1 lemon
  • - 1 tablespoon of apple juice
  • - 2 tablespoons mint syrup
  • - 1 bunch of mint
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Browse and chop the mint in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice and the concentrate apple juice
  2. Peel the apples and cut into wedges, eliminating the core and seeds, then in a bowl sprinkle with the juice flavored with mint, cover and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
  3. Melt the copped chocolate in a double boiler and then aromize with the mint syrup.
  4. Skewered in each slice of apple a lollipop stick or a long toothpick. Then dip one by one into the melted chocolate, pick them up and turn slowly waiting for it to stop dripping. Only then pass the cloves in the puffered amaranto.
  5. Place the sweets to cool in the refrigerator (for 15 minutes) until ready to serve. If you do not like mint, you can remove the leaves and flavorthe choclate with orange liqueur or cherry syrup.
