Mousse with Figs

INGREDIENTS
  • - 7 figs
  • - 200 g cream
  • - 30 g of powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Whip the cream with the icing sugar until it is well compacted. Peel five figs and recovered all the pulp, shake it and pass it in the mill. Stir gently pulp of the figs in the cream with a movement from the bottom up and arrange this cream into four bowls
  2. Wash the two remaining figs, dry and cut into thin wedges. Place the cups in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, decorated with slices of fig prepared and, if you like, add some biscuit and a sprinkling of chopped chocolate
