Lupins Burger with Sesame Asparagus

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Grate the carrots and then steam them until they become soft. Let them cool down.
  2. Put the lupins in the mixer with the chickpeas flour, the chopped spring onions, the paprika and turmeric (do not add salt because the lupins are already salted), and last, incorporate the drained and squeezed carrots. Then, let the mixture rest at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Shape 8 burgers with a pastry ring (about 7 cm in diameter) directly on the oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°c for 30 minutes, flipping the burgers with a spatula after about 20 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, steam the asparaguses. Distribute the hot burgers in the plates and add the asparagus seasoned with a little oil and a sprinkle of sesame.
